Why the name Marjobooks?

The 1970's Joan and Maureen created and developed a puppet show to teach and encourage children to brush their teeth and eat fruit and vegetables, while working for the Hunter Area Health Service of NSW. For the purpose of easier identification to schools and children's groups they took the name the Marjo Puppets. Now in 'retirement' they have decided to work together again, this time to do what they both love, which is to write. So the name Marjobooks was born.
